FRAGONARD’s LOVE STORY by GLORIA
The design composed of four pictures shows thematic resemblance to the paintings, which Comptesse du Barry, last mistress of Louis XV ordered from Fragonard end of 1780 depicting the four ages of love. Our love story advances from a flirtatious proposal (R), to a furtive meeting during a short walk (S), to an impressive love song performed on a mandolin (M) and the finale with a happy union at the border of a lake (W). LOVE STORY 66 is one of our oldest designs @GLORIA and among the most popular ones.
